The studio is conveniently located 2 blocks from the parade route.
Party begins at 3pm and relocating to the parade route at 5:30pm.
Bring a something tasty to share with others and come have fun with us! Bring a friend or two! Costumes optional but always encouraged cus what fun is Krewe De Vieux if your not costumed up???

ARTISTS BIOGRAPHY
Born and raised on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, Grey Cross lived much of his childhood on the coast of New England. He is an accomplished master photographer with portfolio spanning 25 years and over 750,000 raw images.
His collections include a hallmark series on the city of New Orleans. A coffee table book and photographic exhibit on gay culture. And a comprehensive study of urban decay, known as “Wearing Away – The Art & Beauty of Abandonment”.
His second passion is writing, with 5 books to his name. He often seeks to merge both photography and the written word into one artform.
Cross currently makes his home in New Orleans, Louisiana where he also owns a gallery and creative arts studio.

We all see the world in our own unique way. We define our universe through the lense of our own imagination and vision. We refine it until it makes sense to us. We paint it in colors of light and dark, beauty and pain, sorrow and joy. Artists have the unique responsibility of taking that personal definition of life and sharing it with the world around them. Sometimes when we view an artists work we cannot fathom why they saw their universe in such a way. We walk away perplexed and sometimes disturbed. While at other times we are touched so deeply within our spirits that we are changed for the rest of our lives by what we saw.
